These insolvency related litigation matters include fraudulent transfer actions, the appointment of receivers, lender liability cases, use of cash collateral matters, valuation and "cramdown" issues, and the repossession and disposition of assets by secured lenders. We also represent clients in restructurings and out of court workouts.

Profile: Mark D. Klein, Esq. is Senior Counsel at South Orange County Bankruptcy. Mr. Klein has practiced law for 25 years. In addition to working with bankruptcy clients, Mr. Klein operates Klein Law Corporation, which he founded in 1995, to serve the needs of business and estate planning clientele. Mr. Klein previously worked as an associate for the Los Angeles-based firm of Musick, Peeler & Garrett.
Education: Mr. Klein received his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1985 and was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review where he authored two articles. He received two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Utah, graduating with “Cum Laude” honors.

Profile: Lisa has worked with Attorney Mark Klein for over 10 years on legal matters. She closely follows our clients throughout the entire bankruptcy process having helped process hundreds of bankruptcy petitions with Mr. Klein. Lisa is keenly familiar with the bankruptcy process and how to ensure that clients have the best possible chance of receiving a discharge. She has a keen eye for detail and is always seeking for the optimal solutions to our client's complex problems.
